Engineering the Green Flame

AquaWelder systems utilize advanced alkaline electrolysis to produce high-calorific OxyHydrogen (HHO) gas on-demand. By splitting distilled water molecules, we provide a stable, 2800°C flame that leaves zero carbon footprint.

The Electrolysis Core

Our proprietary electrolytic cells are designed for 24/7 industrial duty. Using a mild electrolyte and electrical current, we dissociate $H_2O$ into $2H_2 + O_2$. No gas is stored; it is generated as the torch requires it.

Thermal Precision

The HHO flame is highly concentrated. Unlike LPG, which spreads heat, the AquaWelder flame allows for localized heating—perfect for brazing copper tubes in HVAC systems without damaging nearby insulation.

Safety Engineering

Multi-Stage Protection

  • Flashback Arrestors: Industrial-grade hydraulic and dry arrestors prevent flame backflow.
  • Pressure Control: Automated sensors cut power if internal pressure exceeds 0.2 MPa.
  • Auto-Cooling: Integrated thermal management for continuous operation.
